  • "Our family attended an estate sale hosted by this company (Elizabeth Ann,s Estate Sales) in Gresham, OR on Nov. 6th & 7th, 2021. I'm retired now but, in the past, I along with my business partner, used to host estates, moving, any kind of downsizing sales in another state. Need I say, once bitten by the 'home reduction' sales, it never leaves. At least not for me & my family. As so, I think we're qualified to make a reasonably good judgement about how this sale was handled.
Everything from cleanliness, plenty of helpers, to very well marked prices, was evident from the moment we stepped into the premises. Prices were fair & then marked down as expected on the last day. We purchased our 'must have' items on the first day & then, the next day, bought what we liked that was still there, if still there, we were supposed to have it. lol Thats some logic for you, but you know what I mean. The first day we took home a full car load & then had to return with the pickup truck for the rest. The second day, we stuffed the car to the point that I don't think we could have fit in another pair of socks!
It was a truly wonderful, fun, time for us all & we're having such fun going through our 'loot'.
We're impressed with how this sale was hosted to the point that we made sure to go online to leave this comment & also to get on the mailing list so we are aware of all sales from Elizabeth Ann's Estate Sales."

  • "I recently sold my home in West Lynn and moved to Australia. And prepared and conducted the estate sale for me while I was out of the country. The planning prior to the sale and photographs that she used for Internet sales were priceless! I had every confidence in her estimation of value on each item I left in my home. Her experience and credibility meant a great deal to me since I wasn't present during the actual sale. After the second day of the sale she cleared out the house, vacuumed and swept even the garage leaving it ready for the new buyers to take over.   • "We had occasion to call on Ann, and crew when a relative died suddenly. There was no will, and we were under pressure from the bank executors of the estate to clear all of the belongings out of the home. The contents of the house were ours the house was to be sold and money's gained given to a charity. We had absolutely no idea where to start!
    I read the testimonials on her website. Was sure she would be able to help, at least direct us on where to start.
    The first call convinced us we had called the right person. Ann listened to our delema, then she gave her condolences. Her next words were she would to take on the sale,
    The next two weeks, before the sale, Ann & crew went into the house to start inventory, pricing, de-cluttering, tagging, & bagging.
    The house was so clean after the sale we couldn't believe it! Ann had arranged for the jewelry that hadn't sold to be consigned, and it produced more than we thought they would. The sale was a complete success! Thanks to Ann's work, knowledge, and helpful crew!
